Christmas 2009

We started our Christmas celebration in West Memphis at Seth's mom's house with Seth's siblings on Christmas Eve. We had dinner, exchanged presents, visited, drank coffee, and enjoyed our time together.

After leaving West Memphis, we went back out to Germantown to meet up with my family for the Christmas Eve service, which I already stated is one of my favorites. Like a lot of churches, we do a candlelight ceremony and pass the light while singing Silent Night, and it is one of my favorite things!

On Christmas morning, we celebrated first at my parents' house with my family and exchanged our gifts with each other as well.

One of my presents to Seth was a toolbox filled with tools! I'm thinking he will get a lot of use out of these in the future.

He is soo thoughtful... he got me luggage so that we can go on our honeymoon!! Yay!! I think we are almost ready to book our honeymoon so stay tuned for a post on that once we book it!

After presents and breakfast with my family, we went back to West Memphis to have lunch at his Grandma's house with some of his aunts, uncles, and cousins. I didn't take any pictures, but we had a great time visiting... one of his aunts and two of his cousins were over from Australia, so it was great to catch up with them!

We then headed back to Memphis to have dinner at my parents house with my Mimi, aunt, and cousin. Lots of traveling! Important note... the following pics were taken on my NEW camera that my parents got me for Christmas! I am super excited about it and can't wait to take awesome pics with it!

To end on a funny note, my aunt has a bad habit of wrapping presents and giving them to the wrong people. Apparently, last year she gave Mimi's bath robe to one of Lauren's teachers! This year, she wrapped up Lauren's underwear and gave them to my mom! She was thrilled to receive so many cute pairs of panties!
