Best Daddy Ever

As corny as this will sound, Seth is seriously already the best daddy ever, and our kids are so lucky to have him. One of the things I was upset about when finding out that he would go to Vegas without me was missing out on all the shopping! There is an incredible-sounding outlet mall there with so many fancy stores, and I was excited about spending many mornings there while he was at his conference! I've been looking for a diaper bag over the past couple of weeks, and I convinced him to do some diaper bag shopping for me while he was there. Of course, I needed to see pictures of the outside, inside, and see what it looked like when being held. He was fine with the first two requests but didn't seem thrilled with the third request. Here is his day in pictures.

I got about 15 different picture options of diaper bags. Here are just some pics of the bags he sent me. For the next picture, our conversation went something like this.

Me: "Okay, now will you please put on the cross-body type bag so that I can see what it looks like on?"

Him: "Uh, are you serious?"

Me: "Uh, yeah. I can't decide if I will like it without knowing how it fits."

Him: "Fine. I'll call you back."

Me: "Thanks honey!"

Here he is, being a great sport and even smiling. *Note: you will see this change quickly.* The following conversations were slightly varied versions of what I described above.

I think he's mocking me here, but notice that he still is being pretty goofy about it all.

Hmm... starting to appear slightly annoyed here and not really seeing the point of any of this.

Okay, I know this look. Fine, fine. I will make a decision now and quit making requests. 

I finally chose the Kate Spade Leopard Stevie Baby Bag, and I am so excited! With it being at the outlet, it was already on sale and then everything in the store was an additional 40% off, so he got a great deal! Thanks, Seth!
