Please Pray

Devastated doesn't even begin to explain the pain we feel right now. Our friends, Nate and Amy Hill, lost their precious 15 month old son on Tuesday, February 28, when he went to be with Jesus. We were blessed beyond words by the sweet life of Tucker Alan Hill. We were there for his birth, we watched him grow up, and we will be there tomorrow as his parents have to bury their sweet baby boy. The past few days have been such a blur, but we have been blessed to be able to spend quality time with Nate, Amy, and our incredible community group.

Because I find myself struggling with words right now, I thought I would share Amy's words with you.

"Never in my life have I experienced the body of Christ like we are right now as we are grieving our precious son. Every prayer has been felt, every verse has brought comfort, every message has brought tears to my eyes. Nothing has gone unnoticed. If you don't know what it means to know Christ then you need to know that you just experienced Him through a precious 15 month old boy who is now with his Savior. You all are the body of Christ and words will never be able to express the humbling graciousness that you all have demonstrated. The pain feels unbearable at times but hope we still have in HIM. The same arms that are wrapped around our little boy right now are being felt wrapped around us."

Nathan and Amy are two of our greatest friends, and even as our hearts ache for them, we rejoice in the day that they will see him again.

Nathan's sister, Savannah, wrote these beautiful words...      Savannah - Tucker's Aunt

Please pray. Pray for Nathan and Amy and their families. Pray for healing, comfort, and peace. Pray for the salvation of those who do not know Him. Pray that Tucker's life will impact the lives of many others. Pray for wisdom and discernment in the coming days for Nate and Amy. Pray, because Tucker is such an incredible joy, and His story is changing the world.
