Honeymoon UPDATE!!!

So ... as many of you are aware, Chelsea and I were planning to go to Playa del Carmen for our honeymoon in June. But, plans have changed. Chelsea's parents were slightly concerned about us going to Mexico and decided to plan us an amazing trip to St. Lucia! I'm not complaining!

We are going to be staying at the Sandals Grande St. Lucian Spa and Beach Resort in what is called an "Ultra Grande Luxe Beachfront Rondoval Suite." Sounds fancy. Each Rondoval Suite features a large interior living area with a sofa, occasional chair, desk, and a 50" flat screen television. The king bed sits at the center of the suite, and at the back of the suite lies an enormous bathroom with Roman tub, separate showers and two vanities. Outside the shower and bathroom is our very own private pool deck with an outdoor shower, our own private whirlpool, and a private plunge pool. We even have our own private hammock.

One of the best parts of this place (in my opinion) is that Chelsea and I will have our very own private butler! This is going to be sweet! Check out all these services that the butler will provide:

When we arrive, the butler will:

• Ensure our accommodation is ready
• Greet us upon arrival
• Process our registration in our room
• Offer to unpack our luggage
• Offer a welcome beverage
• Offer complimentary pressing
• Take note of any requirements we may have on arrival

During the stay, the butler will:

• Take room service orders for breakfast, lunch and dinner
• Handle our laundry, dry cleaning or pressing request.
• Liaise with housekeeping over servicing of suite 
• Offer to draw a scented bubble bath
• Tidy our wardrobe
• Ensure that our suite is maintained in perfect condition
• Check and restock suite bar

 And at departure time, the butler will:

• Offer to pack for us
• Present our account in advance of check out
• Arrange transportation requirements
• Coordinate luggage pick up
• Tidy our wardrobe
• Escort us to the lobby
• Check our suite for items we may have forgotten.
